Good morning.

I’m very satisfied with both painting and cleaning service.

A very complete and detail pre-painting inspection was conducted (by Mr. Min). The quotation was reasonable. I was also offered a wide variety of colors and different types of paint. I couldn’t make up my mind at first, because there’re really too many colors to choose from. In the end the colors were decided with assistance from Mr. Min. He gave me some good advice. I’m quite satisfied when I saw the final result after the painting job completed. The 3 workers are also very hardworking and helpful. They helped to paint the main entrance door twice when I commented that it was not glossy enough. The entire painting job of my 105m^2 4-room HDB apartment was completed in two days, which is really fast.

The cleaning service was also very good. Although the 105m^2 apartment looks a bit too big for the 2 cleaners, they did an excellent job to clean every single corner of all rooms, especially the built-in wardrobes and kitchen cabins. There’re some cabins are too high to reach, but they still managed to climb up and clean. I feel that it’ll be better if ladders and vacummn cleaner are provided by their employer, because these are common and necessary equipment and it’ll make the cleaning job safer and more efficient.
