There has been some company trying to say they are Singapore Painting Services, they even say that they provide 2 years warranty just like us. But till I found out from this company’s customer Mrs Ong from Pasir Ris Street 21.

Mrs Ong called in today, mistakenly thinking we are that company (since the company also called themselves Singapore Painting Services), asking for Mike and George. I told her we do not have anyone by these 2 names. She asked again if we are Singapore Painting Services, and I said “Yes, we are. But we do not have Mike or George in our company”.

As Mrs Ong did contact us in Oct 2010, wanting to paint her house. After giving her a rough quote range, she wanted to discuss with her family, but she lost our contact number. Then she saw that the other company is advertising on the newspaper, using Singapore Painting Services as their name. Mrs Ong though that it was us, so she used them.

After Mrs Ong has confirmed the painting with them, she paid them upfront full. She saw they have their uniforms with our names too. Then the painting stopped halfway, and no work has been done. Mrs Ong tired to contact Mike or George, but they were not contactable. So she search online using “Singapore Painting Services”, and she found us.

I must say that for those who wants to paint their house, please find out what are the names of the contact person with their mobile number and their REAL company name or domain name. If those who have been doing this thing to Mrs Ong, they can also do this to you too.
